Taking its inspiration from the woody plant the Egyptians used to create the forerunner to the paper we use today, it’s a mid-brown shade with a little pop of red in it that adds a cosy feel to the look. It’s a great year-round shade – pair it with lush greens or daffodil yellows in summer then velvet jewelled shades like ruby and emerald in winter for iconic looks in any room.

Close your Faux Wood blinds and tilt the slats downwards until flat. Wipe over with a dry, clean cloth to remove dust and debris, before tilting the slats upwards and repeating. For more stubborn marks, use a very diluted mix of detergent and water and gently rub with a cloth, wiping the area dry afterwards.
