Product Details

If you’re looking for a plain Pleated blind that’s just a little bit more than neutral then take a look at Solartex Chintz Light Sage, which brings an usual green into our choice of colours for Pleated blinds. Just like the herb, this is a beguiling shade of green that sometimes seems to have just a hint of brown to it in certain lights, and this makes it such a versatile blind for your home. The natural colour would work really well in conservatories or extended living spaces that have a direct link to the outside world, where the colour acts as a bridge between interior and exterior, but you can use this blind in any room where you’d like to bring more colour and of course, a little heat reduction from the Solartex coating.

Quality is something we take very seriously here at Hillarys. All our products are rigorously tested to ensure they are made to the best standards and look and fit exactly as they should. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pleated blinds, so we offer a 2 year warranty as assurance that our products will stand the test of time. This is our promise to you that you’re investing in a quality product that’s made to the highest specifications. As part of your warranty we will repair or replace any faulty goods free of charge.

Cleaning Tips

Keep your Pleated blinds looking bright and fresh by using a clean, dry duster or the upholstery brush attachment on your vacuum. To avoid wrinkling or ripping the fabric, be careful not to press against the pleats too hard. If there is a little more than dust to contend with use a damp sponge dipped in lukewarm water to wipe across the pleats. Make sure the sponge ist only damp not wet and work from the top down. It's best not to use fabric conditioner on your blinds as the material can stain. Tougher marks can be removed with a specialist fabric stain remover or spray foam but please follow the manufacturer’s instructions closely, and test a small, inconspicuous area first if in doubt.

Child Safety

At Hillarys we do everything we can to make sure our products are safe for children. As a minimum, all of our blinds meet the European Standard BS EN 13120 for both performance and safety. Beyond this, safety is at the forefront of our minds right through the design process as we strive to make products that are not only stylish and high-quality, but also safe. As all our Pleated blinds are pull-cord operated, your Hillarys advisor will install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose strings. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the ground.

Sit back, relax. Let us do it all.
