Some people think that wooden venetian blinds don’t work in contemporary settings, but we absolutely don’t believe that to be true, and definitely not with our new collection now added to our existing large range, and that’s particularly true of Granite Faux Wood. Moisture resistant and highly durable, our Faux Wood blinds are an excellent alternative to real wood being more practical for use in kitchens and bathrooms, as well as in living rooms and bedrooms and Granite brings even more benefits. It’s a white painted blind with a limed effect that creates a mid-brown graining look across the slats that gives the appearance of wood – but it’s not just a visual effect – if you run your hand across the slat you can enjoy a textured relief too that really heightens the whole wood effect. Grain on white is a really contemporary look that you can make the most of in any room in your home with this wood blind.

Child Safety

All Hillarys products conform to European safety legislation. When you buy a Wooden blind, your Hillarys fitter will also install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose cords. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the floor. Having a safety device is a legal requirement even in homes without children.
