Extend the lifespan of your conservatory roof Pleated blinds and keep them looking fresher for longer by cleaning them on a regular basis. Dust, debris and small insects can build over time but you can easily blow them away using a small hair dryer. The force of the air is powerful enough that it will remove the debris, but won’t damage your blind. Then, for a deeper clean, you can use the upholstery attachment on your vacuum cleaner, adjusting the suction to its lowest level if possible and working from top to bottom to brush gently over the blind. Make sure you use a footstool or step ladder for those harder to reach areas. It's also a good idea to make sure you conservatory is adequately ventilated to avoid problems caused by excess moisture like the build up of mould.

As all our Pleated blinds are pull-cord operated, your Hillarys advisor will install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose strings. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the ground.
