Your appointment

We’ll come to you, and we’ll bring our range with us. We find it’s the best way to choose the right product for your home. We’ve plenty of advice to help with your decision and we’ll measure up while we’re there. We’re happy to stay as long as you need but we’ll probably be with you for around 45 minutes. Allow longer for multiple windows or if you’re thinking about a more technical product, like shutters or an awning.

If you’re ready to place your order there and then, that’s great – our advisors have chip and PIN machines or you can pay over the phone. It’s fine to take some time to think about it, there’s never any pressure to buy and quotes are valid for 12 weeks. 

You may need a survey

Surveys depend on the product you buy from us. We carry out surveys for shutters and conservatory blinds, plus all of our exterior products. It’s an important step and ensures your product will fit correctly and the installation will run smoothly. We’ll be in touch once you’ve placed your order to arrange a convenient time for your survey.

Into production

Your blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings will be lovingly made by our experienced team for a finish you'll be proud of.

Depending on the product you choose, they could be ready in as little as two weeks. Your advisor will explain more during your appointment, and then we’ll be in touch again to arrange a date for fitting closer to the time.

Fuss-free fitting

Your advisor will return to take care of the fitting unless you've chosen a product that needed a survey, like shutters, an awning or blinds for a conservatory roof. For these products, the fitting will be done by your surveyor. Larger products may require a specialist team but we'll let you know about that. Fitting shouldn’t take too long, it depends on what you’ve bought from us. Allow more time for multiple windows or large products such as an awning – your advisor will explain more during your appointment. 

We’ll be in touch to arrange a date for fitting, and other than making sure the space is clear, there’s nothing else for you to do. We’ll clear up after ourselves and take our rubbish away.
