‘Jewel: The Edit’ has landed. With four colour palettes to choose from, here, we take a closer look at the cheerful shade of Amber.
Our new Roman blinds and curtains collection has arrived and it’s packed with all the key fashions for the coming seasons. Designed to blend together or make a statement on their own, the stunning plains and patterns will transform your surroundings.
When it comes to colour, there’s one shade in particular that’s making waves at the moment. Mellow yellows are everywhere right now, with mustards and chartreuses popping up all over the place.
Yellow is often associated with the summer months, as it has a wonderfully sunny appeal. But it’s also a fantastic choice to brighten up drab and dreary winter days. The shade has an uplifting effect when it’s used in interiors, so naturally we wanted to include plenty of options in our latest range.
The only difficulty you may have is choosing between marvellous mustard and chic chartreuse. The former is brilliant if you’d like to create a warm and welcoming ambience, while the latter features a hint of lush green, for a fabulously fresh finish.
Take this Tetbury Mustard Roman blind; the rich material adds a pop of drama and vibrancy to our predominantly white bathroom. We then completed the picture with beautifully bright towels and accessories.
In a similar way, these striking Isra Linden yellow curtains offset the neutral cream décor in our dining room. Their lush leaves tick several style boxes, as natural-inspired botanical themes are ones to watch too.
Mustard yellows provide a gorgeous contrast to darker hues as well. In this example, we teamed them with moody black walls, for a dramatic and eye-catching impression. Our Safi Fennel curtains and Bardot Olive Roman blind transform the window into a real focal point.
Matching cushions are available with all of our curtains and Roman blinds. This is perfect for those who love a coordinated approach. For a more eclectic feel, you can mix a variety of motifs and tie the theme together using the same mustard colour-way.
Or if gorgeous green blinds are right up your street, take a peek at some of our captivating chartreuse fabrics. For another twist on the trend, we swapped the window dressings in our dining room for these Lundy Pistachio curtains and Roche Olive Roman blind.
Of course for a look that’s bang up to date, you could combine mustard and chartreuse in the same scheme. These delightful Daisy Pistachio Roman blinds feature green and yellow detailing, with a contemporary geometric motif.
