Hayley Marketing Executive – Retail & Events

I love the teams I work with, my role is fantastic because I get to work with all areas of the business, including factory, warehouse, samples, product development and office based teams.  This enables me to build great relationships all over Hillarys and I find that there are such lovely, friendly and helpful people in every department!  Hillarys is just like one big family where everyone looks after each other.  We often have charity days and company-wide events like the Summer Barbeque and the Christmas Party, where everyone can get together and just have fun!  Including partying with the directors!

My role has expanded since I started just over a year ago.  In my first year with the business, Hillarys exhibited at two shows in London.  This year we have attended five exhibitions spread over England, Scotland and Ireland, and next year our plans include over ten exhibitions.  It’s going to be a busy year! 

The company is expanding so it’s a great time to join the business.  More practically, we also enjoy benefits such as a pension scheme and HealthShield plans which take care of us from a health and wellbeing point of view.
