As market leaders we know our shutters will stand the test of time. In fact we are so confident we are prepared to back this up with a five year 'Peace of Mind' guarantee.
If you experience any problems with your shutters during the first twelve months, an advisor will visit you and either solve the problem on site or arrange for a replacement.
For the remainder of the five years, we will visit you in your home to repair or replace the product subject to a standard call out charge.
Our knowledgeable customer services team is on hand seven days a week to deal with any after sales concerns promptly and effectively.
