Every conservatory is unique; therefore it can be difficult to decide what blinds to choose. So we've put together a list to help you out.

• Is your conservatory very sunny? (A particular problem for South facing conservatories)

  Our pleated range includes special performance fabrics, which are specially designed to cut down on the glare and heat of the sun, making them an essential investment for south facing conservatories, especially during summer.

  If your conservatory is overlooked you should try Vertical or Venetian blinds, which can be tilted to an angle for privacy whilst letting in the light.

• What do you use your conservatory for?

  Do you use your conservatory as an extension of the rest of your home and you use throughout the year? For example, as a dining room, office or playroom. If you want to use your conservatory all year round you will need to choose a blind that will feel warm during the winter but will also allow you to make the most of the sun in the summer.

• Do you have a view that you want to admire?

  If you want to relax in your conservatory and enjoy the view you'll need blinds that can be pulled up completely out of the way when not required. Roller blinds or Roman blinds are perfect for this purpose, as they don't take up much space.

• Is your conservatory mostly in the shade? (A particular problem for North facing conservatories)

  North facing conservatories may feel chilly as they normally end up in the shade, by using warming Wood Venetians or cosy fully-lined Romans you can make your conservatory feel warm and inviting even in the winter months.
