Therefore we go through a careful selection process, and only recruit new Advisors in areas where we believe there is a strong market and enough customers to keep our Advisors busy

We spend millions advertising to ensure our Advisors always have customers to visit and the choice and quality of our blinds means that customers purchase time and time again. We also have purpose built factories to ensure quick turnaround times.

No previous experience is necessary, all of our new Advisors attend a 2 day induction course training them on the correct ways to measure and fit each blind type we offer, for each type of window. We also have regular regional and local team meetings to keep our Advisors up to date on the most recent product developments and for support from other Advisors in the area. They also receive dedicated support from their local field sales manager and head office.
